INTRODUCTION

Observation is an important part of the B.Ed. training programme. It helps pupil teachers understand the real classroom environment, teaching methods, student behaviour, and school management system. During the observation period, the trainee carefully watches the activities of teachers and students in order to improve teaching skills and professional attitude.

The school observation programme provides practical experience to B.Ed. students and connects theoretical knowledge with classroom practices. It develops confidence, communication skills, classroom management abilities, and understanding of learners’ needs.

This observation file contains details related to the school environment, classroom teaching, co-curricular activities, teaching aids, lesson delivery methods, student participation, and overall functioning of the school. It also reflects the experiences and learning outcomes gained during the observation period.

The main objective of preparing this observation file is to help future teachers become skilled, responsible, creative, and effective educators who can contribute positively to the field of education.
