CONCLUSION

The school observation programme was a valuable and enriching experience for me as a B.Ed. trainee. It provided practical knowledge about the functioning of the school, classroom management, teaching methods, student behaviour, and co-curricular activities.

During the observation period, I learned how teachers handle different classroom situations and make the teaching-learning process effective and interesting. I also understood the importance of discipline, communication skills, lesson planning, and student participation in education.

This observation helped me connect theoretical knowledge with real classroom experiences. It improved my confidence, teaching skills, and professional attitude towards the teaching profession.

Overall, the school observation programme played an important role in developing my understanding of the duties and responsibilities of a teacher. It inspired me to become a sincere, responsible, and effective educator in the future.
